Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — if it’s not a perfect fit, our returns and exchange process is designed to be transparent, simple, and fair.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt) must be included with your return.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Accessories (such as caps, masks, socks, and jewelry) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email returns@flamestreetwear.com or use our website’s Contact Form with the subject “Return Request”.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return authorization.
  4. Once approved, you can ship the item back to the return address provided in the email.

Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact support@flamestreetwear.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Attach clear photos of the issue, including the item and packaging.
  • After verification, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no return shipping fees required.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Flame Streetwear is not liable for lost, stolen, or untraceable parcels.

6. International Returns

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees associated with returns.
  • Please clearly mark the parcel as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid import charges.

7. Exceptions

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage from misuse will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
