Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — if it’s not a perfect fit, our returns and exchange process is designed to be transparent, simple, and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt) must be included with your return.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Accessories (such as caps, masks, socks, and jewelry) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email returns@flamestreetwear.com or use our website’s Contact Form with the subject “Return Request”.
- Include your order number, product name, and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return authorization.
- Once approved, you can ship the item back to the return address provided in the email.
Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact support@flamestreetwear.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Attach clear photos of the issue, including the item and packaging.
- After verification, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no return shipping fees required.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Flame Streetwear is not liable for lost, stolen, or untraceable parcels.
6. International Returns
- For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees associated with returns.
- Please clearly mark the parcel as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid import charges.
7. Exceptions
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage from misuse will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
